Below is a link to the new form (as of May 23, 2007) for applying for a hearing aid through the Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.  Also on the last page of the application is a list of addresses for all the centers servicing North Carolina.  I recommend we tell our clubs to be sure anyone requesting a free hearing aid has applied to the Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing before accepting the request.  These hearing aids are free to the public, the application process has liberal financial requirements and is easy.  Application
